This privacy policy applies to the Decision Helper app. Effective date: March 24, 2026.

2. What data is handled in the app
Decision Helper is designed to work without a user account and without transmitting data to its own servers in normal use. At the current feature level, the app mainly stores the following information locally on the device:
- selected app language
- theme setting
- sound and haptic settings
- saved templates and segment labels for the wheel
At the current project stage there are no analytics or tracking services integrated. No advertising networks are used. There is no in-app registration with name, email address or password.
3. How this data is used
The locally stored data is used only to provide the app and preserve your settings. This includes, for example, showing your preferred language, restoring wheel templates or keeping sound and haptic settings.
4. Storage and deletion
The data mentioned above is stored locally on your device. If you delete app data or uninstall the app, the locally stored content is also removed unless the operating system keeps a backup copy.
5. Use of Apple features
On supported devices, the app may use optional Apple system features, such as a locally available assistant through Apple Foundation Models. Based on the current technical setup, this use is device-local. If Apple processes data within its own system services, this happens under Apple's responsibility and according to Apple's privacy terms.
6. Your rights
To the extent personal data is processed, you have rights under applicable law, including access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
